Ivykit, Birchkit, Brownkit and Jaykit's Apprentice Ceremonies

Hawkstar casually leapt onto the top of the Highledge. "Let all cats old enough to catch your own prey join beneath the Highledge for a clan meeting!"

Snowcloud quietly did what she was told and was followed by her brother.

Stonepelt was excited, he was pretty sure he knew what the meeting would be about.

[Cinwan]

Heathergaze quickly licked the kits as she heard their leader call for a meeting. She knew what it was going to be about...her kits' apprentice ceremonies!

Mosspaw walked out of the apprentices' den and walked to the Highledge Area.

Smalltail stuck his head out of the elder's den and thought "What is this going to be about?"

Poppystripe followed the growing crowd.

[Zaperex]

"May Ivykit, Brownkit, Jaykit and Birchkit come up?"

Jaykit darted forward, he was very enthusiastic to become an apprentice and followed Hawkstar's instructions with no hesitation.

Brownkit followed his brother up meekly, he was a bit nervous but deep inside, just as excited as Jaykit.

[Cinwan]

Birchkit followed his brothers up Highledge.

Ivykit followed last, walking calmly.

[Zaperex]

"Ivykit."

The leader made eye contact with Raintail who also went forward with a small smile. The medicine cat began to speak. "Cats of ThunderClan, as you know, I will not be here forever. So it's time I took an apprentice. I have chosen a cat who is curious and spirited. Your next medicine cat will be Ivypaw."

Hawkstar continued for him. "Ivypaw, do you accept the post of apprentice to Raintail?"

[Cinwan]

Ivykit nodded. "Yes." she said in a small, but strong voice.

[Zaperex]

Hawkstar whispered into the new apprentice's ear. "Say I do."

[Cinwan]

"I do." Ivykit said.

[Zaperex]

"Then at the half-moon, you must travel to the Moonpool to be accepted by StarClan before the other medicine cat's." said Raintail.

"The good wishes of all of ThunderClan will go with you."

Ooc: can't color right now, will do so later

[Cinwan]

Ivypaw nodded.

[Zaperex]

"Birchkit." called Hawkstar.

[Cinwan]

Birchkit walked up to Hawkstar.

[Zaperex]

"Birchkit," repeated the leader. "You have reached the age of six moons and it's time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you recieve your warrior name, you will be known as Birchpaw. Your mentor will be Goldenfire. I hope he will pass down all he knows on to you."

Goldenfire stepped up, a bit hesitant at first, and went to touch noses with Birchpaw. The warrior was very happy with becoming a mentor and promised himself to make Birchpaw into a fine warrior, one of the best.

OOC: Remember, cheer after ALL of their ceremonies are done.

Birchpaw touched noses back with him.

Hawkstar called another name. "Brownkit."

The timid kit stepped forward, trembling as he did so.
"You have reached the age of six moons and it's time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you recieve your warrior name, you will be known as Brownpaw. I will be your mentor, so don't worry about training, you'll get the best of the best and I will definetely pass down all I know to you." The leader grinned arrogantly, head held high.

Mentor and apprentice touched noses before Brownpaw went to join Ivypaw and Birchpaw.

"Jaykit."

The kit felt a bit more nervous now, but did what he was supposed to.

"You have reached the age of six moons and it's time to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you recieve your warrior name, you will be known as Jaypaw. Your mentor will be Poppystripe. I hope she will pass down all she knows on to you."

The young tom cheered a little as he went to join his siblings.

All around them, Goldenfire, Snowcloud, Hawkstar, Stonepelt and Raintail all rooted for the new apprentices.

"Ivypaw, Birchpaw, Brownpaw, Jaypaw!"

Poppystripe touched noses with her apprentice.

Ivypaw smiled at the crowd.
